Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates
- 1 item: $10 flat rate (CAD for Canadian orders, USD for US orders)
- 2 or more items: FREE shipping
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after that. During busy periods like the holidays, delivery can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering gifts early.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders ship from our international fulfillment partner, so it can take a few days for tracking updates to appear.
Customs and import fees
Any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but if you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to help.
