Refund policy

We want you to love your Cozy Critter. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your hand warmer arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at gargbhargav03@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can approve your return and send you the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us, because returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee isn't refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is approved (or, for change-of-mind returns, once we receive the item), we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid for the returned item, including any discounts applied at checkout.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled, but you can return them as described above.
